With Loren Hardy
Each week Loren will work through 4-6 poses (asana) and break them down into detail, working with anatomical structure, alignment, stretch vs strength, as well as understanding the why behind what we are doing in each pose. Moving through a flowing warm-up and then into a workshop style class, be ready to work both your body and your mind.
What you learn in this class will help carry you through with safety and confidence in all of your other yoga practices.

Navasana (boat)
Krounchasana (heron) and Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana (compass)
Gomukasana (cow face)
Ardha Matsyendrasana (seated spinal twist)
If you have any poses that you are curious to learn more about, please come with your suggestions. Loren is always happy to cater the class to those who are present.
