This method is about changing how you feel within yourself. If you change the way you feel yourself, you will change the way you move, sense, feel and think.

How does it work?

Changing a habit requires undivided attention. Clemens will you guide with a meditative like quality, bringing your awareness to the present moment and deeply into your body through gentle movements and inquiring with smart questions.

You have the ability to change old patterns and learn new things.
